At Legacy Medical Supply, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience— from order placement to delivery and beyond. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

Shipping Information

Orders received by 9 a..m CT that are verified will be processed and shipped the same day. CUSTOM LASER ENGRAVING does NOT delay order processing. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Legacy Medical Supply is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original materials, instructions, and included accessories must be returned
  • Any free gifts or bundled items must also be included

Legacy Medical Supply does not sell used equipment. Items returned in non-resalable condition may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization
  2. Follow the provided instructions carefully when preparing your return shipment

Important Packaging Guidelines:

  • Do not place shipping labels directly on the product or its original packaging
  • Place the item inside a separate outer box or envelope with proper protective materials

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees

Exceptions (No Return Shipping Fee):

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrectly shipped

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products (including embroidered lab coats, monogrammed bags, or patched items)
  • Stethoscopes with custom laser engraving, unless there is a manufacturer error (e.g., typo or mismatch from your order submission)

Please note: We are not responsible for preferences related to engraving alignment, font style, or appearance.

Manufacturer Returns

Certain brands, including Welch Allyn and Littmann, may require returns to be handled directly through the manufacturer. If applicable, our Customer Service team will guide you through the appropriate process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly and provide return instructions at no cost to you.

Additional Return Consideration

If a product is not as described, it may be eligible for return in unused condition for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. Legacy Medical Supply reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice — including after an order has been submitted.
